Salted egg noodles


Material:
200 grams curly egg noodles, boiled and drained
8 cloves thinly sliced ​​red onion
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
8 pieces of thinly sliced ​​cayenne pepper
10 lime leaves, discard the bones and thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons cooking oil


Salted egg mixture:
3 pieces of raw salted egg yolk
2 tablespoons cooking oil


Method:
