egg pudding


Egg pudding


Material:
2 packets of gelatin powder
500 ml of water
150 grams granulated sugar
4 eggs
100 grams butter, melted
1 tablespoon flour, dissolved in a little water
100 grams of sweetened condensed milk
20 grams cocoa powder


Method:
Stir gelatin, water and sugar in a saucepan until boiling, set aside.
Beat eggs until frothy, set aside
Enter the hot cooking liquid gelatin into the beaten eggs, stirring, put the butter melt, a solution of flour, and sweetened condensed milk, stirring
Take ¼ of the dough, add cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour white batter into the pan / mold, add the chocolate batter on top, then create a sketch, freeze them in the refrigerator.
