Durian pudding


Material:
800 ml coconut milk from 2 coconuts
250 grams brown sugar
100 grams granulated sugar
2 packets of gelatin powder
250 grams of durian
3 eggs


How to make:
Boil the coconut milk, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until boiling then filtered lift.
Add gelatin and durian, and cook until boiling, stirring frequently.
