Milk pudding
Material:
750 ml milk
75 grams sugar
1 packet gelatin
150 ml of water
¼ teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 sheets and kaffir lime
100 grams coconut juice
Sauce Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
400 ml milk
75 grams sugar
Method:
Boil milk and sugar to boil, stirring frequently, remove and allow to steam away.
Boil order, water, salt and lime leaves to boiling
Take 50 ml agar mixture, mix with egg yolks, stir well, then pour back into the boiling jelly, bring to a boil again.
Add coconut juice, stir and pour into molds that have been rinsed in cold water, chill in refrigerator.
Make the sauce by dissolving cornstarch and 2 tablespoons milk, and cook the milk with sugar until dissolved, add the cornstarch solution and bring to a boil, then chill lift
