Bakwang shrimp


Bakwang shrimp


Material
1 egg
125 grams flour
125 g bean sprouts
125 g peeled shrimp
½ teaspoon baking soda
150 ml of water
Little salt
Pepper slightly


Method:
Combine flour and baking soda, mix well then stir the eggs enter the water mix again until blended.
Enter the bean sprouts, salt and pepper and stir the batter again.
Then fried with shrimp laid on top.
After cooking, eat with spicy sauce
